A Facebook Optimized video for engaging and exciting fans of live music!

ArtBeat Events (Facebook) host gigs at various venues across the west midlands & Shropshire. At Lost World, we love music and jumped at the chance to work with Popes of Chillitown (website, facebook), a ska-punk band from Bristol on one of ArtBeat’s more spectacular nights.

The aim of the video was to create audience awareness of Gig’s hosted at The Slade Rooms in Wolverhampton. To promote the nights events and showcase the headliner’s Popes of Chillitown with the intention of bringing in more people to future events. We were to sell the experience, the great atmosphere and the chance to see exciting bands locally.

We created a music video montage optimized for Facebook users. Facebook has a had a massive increase in video traffic since 2015 and with ArtBeat’s large presence and fan base through their Facebook page, it was the right fit for the job. We created a video that can be played silently, but one that you would want to click on being a music fan. Titles appear on the video allowing viewers to discover which bands were playing without having to research any further.

We were very happy to see how well the video received.  It helped the company raise awareness of their mission, bringing unsigned and signed bands to the area. It received over 10,000 views on Facebook and ArtBeat were very pleased with the result!
